Scott Bamberger founded this firm with a single mission: to deliver practical, business-focused legal guidance that helps clients make smart, informed decisions. Drawing on years of experience, he brings a deep understanding of corporate and real estate law to each deal.

He began his legal career in New York City after earning his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, graduating with an Entrepreneurship Law Certificate with Distinction. He also holds a degree in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Stony Brook University.

Before launching his own firm, Scott served as a staff attorney, helping small businesses and nonprofits navigate commercial leases, business formation, and regulatory compliance. He also led workshops on entity selection and legal planning for new and aspiring business owners.

Scott later expanded his practice, working on real estate transactions and advising clients on business structuring, governance, and commercial agreements. Known for his clear communication and strategic mindset, Scott focuses on helping entrepreneurs move forward with confidence.
